So, I’m officially beginning work on my first album today. I was contracted by… wouldn’t you know it… myself. It will be released sometime in April 2008. Details will be released when the time rolls around.
What’s the music gonna be like? Well, I haven’t figured out the title for the album yet. But it’s gonna be piano and singing mainly. I might do an acoustic guitar song, and I’ll probably add some synths in some, and maybe I’ll even do some with drums (unlikely).
If I really like it, them maybe I’ll sell it on CD by mail. But only if I really like how it turns out. We’ll see.
So, I just wanted to let people know now so that they can become exicted and impatient for the release date. If this happens, it will do two things: 1) it will make me feel really good 2) it will give me something resembling a deadline.
April 2008 peoples, April 2008. I’ll open pre-ordering sometime in March… or maybe February…
And of course I’ll release a single sometime too.

making your own album sounds pretty awesome! do you play a lot of instruments?
